How the Routine Works Together

Gently cleanse → replenish hydration → add serum-level glow → seal in moisture → protect and balance shine

The pad and mist are not identical steps. The pad acts as a concentrated hydration treatment, while the mist provides adjustable serum-like hydration. The jelly cream seals the layers, and SPF completes the morning routine.

How to use:

Morning Routine

1. Cleanse gently with Toleriane Dermo-Cleanser and rinse with lukewarm water.

2. Begin with the Anua Pad three to five times weekly. Leave the gel side on the desired area for five minutes, then wipe gently with the smooth side. Do not rinse.

3. Shake the Medicube Jelly Mist thoroughly and spray a light layer from 10–20cm away with your eyes closed.

4. Apply a thin layer of Jelly Cream. Very oily or combination skin may use less in the morning or reserve the cream for nighttime.

5. Apply a generous, even layer of Eucerin SPF50+ as the final step. Reapply during continued sun exposure and after swimming, sweating or towel-drying.

Evening Routine

1. Cleanse thoroughly. Heavy or waterproof makeup may require a separate first cleanse.

2. Use the Anua Pad if it was not used in the morning. We recommend no more than once daily when beginning the routine.

3. Shake the Medicube Mist and spray closer to the skin for a richer serum-like texture, or spray into your palms and press gently into the face.

4. Apply a moderate layer of Jelly Cream to the face and neck, avoiding the immediate eye and mouth areas.

How to Use the Free Eye Masks

Use one pair two to three times weekly after cleansing and before the mist and cream. Place the patches along the orbital bone, away from the lash line.

Leave for 10–15 minutes unless the packaging states otherwise. Remove and pat in the remaining serum. Do not reuse or sleep in the patches.
